This is an artbook, which was released on the occasion of the exhibition "Miłość do tego, co naturalne / Love for The Real Thing", which took place in the Arsenał Municipal Gallery in Poznań on 19.08-11.09.2011. […] Under this reading, “Miłość do tego, co naturalne/Love for the Real Thing” would be a love for things as they really are. It would be an attentive and nearly tangible look at reality, capable of capturing its phenomena in simplicity and innocuous events. As such, it also entails redefinitions of insignificant moments into periods of small excitement, full of passion and bliss. It is the will to explore the world with all of one’s senses, a tender observation of the world in order to open up and experience a moving moment and feel the satisfaction with all of its details. Fun and adventure begin at this level. While this is not its most spectacular and breathtaking incarnation, it offers a foretaste of rapture. It is moving in its delicate or even trivial dimensions which all the same try to be unique. A category which for some obscure reasons has been omitted and shrugged off in art became the motto of the exhibition. […]
